We are constantly working to improve your Automation CloudTM experience. This release does not introduce any significant changes to our platform, but includes minor enhancements to improve the overall user experience. For individual service releases, refer to the following release digest.

Unified documentation experience for UiPath cloud offerings

We are enhancing your experience with UiPath cloud offering documentation to make it more consistent, transparent, and predictable. With this update, you will find a single, unified set of guides that always reflect the latest product behavior across all cloud offerings.

This new documentation structure is being introduced gradually, starting with a subset of products, and will expand to include more over time.

Consolidated documentation across cloud offerings

Until now, separate documentation existed for each Automation Cloud and Test Cloud offering. User guides, admin guides, and API guides are now being combined into one shared set of guides.

This means:

  • You will now use one shared guide for Automation Cloud and Test Cloud, Automation Cloud Public Sector and Test Cloud Public Sector, and Automation Cloud Dedicated.
  • Each guide includes a Feature availability page, which contains a matrix showing which features are available in each cloud offering.
  • In the unified guides, we publish documentation for a feature when it first becomes available to Community users of Automation Cloud and Test Cloud. Depending on your data residency and tenancy type, you might see these functionalities in your own environment a bit later.
  • The rollout calendar for our cloud offerings typically follows a predictable release cadence across regions. Any feature that does not follow the regular rollout schedule for all regions is explicitly captured in the Feature availability page.
  • Broader platform-level variations, such as product availability across environments, are described in the Automation Cloud and Test Cloud admin guides, which continue to be separate for each cloud offering.
Centralized release notes for each cloud offering

Release notes are now available in one single guide. To make it easy to track what is relevant to your cloud offering and to know the exact moment new features, improvements, and fixes are made available, the guide is organized into separate chapters for each cloud offering:

  • Automation Cloud and Test Cloud
  • Automation Cloud Public Sector and Test Cloud Public Sector
  • Automation Cloud Dedicated
Current availability and rollout progress

The unified cloud documentation structure is currently available for a selection of products, with more to be added over time.

The first products available in this unified format are:

  • Automation Ops
  • Integration Service

You can track progress in the Unified cloud documentation tracker.

What is not changing
  • You will continue to access documentation the same way.
  • Bookmarks and shared links will continue to work as before.
  • The look and feel of UiPath Docs remains familiar.

Managing tenant and service visibility temporary disabled

The tenant and service visibility feature has been temporarily disabled while we perform additional validation to ensure platform stability. The feature will be re-enabled once the validation is complete.

Note:

Erratum - November 18, 2025: The feature has been temporarily disabled in the European Union region.

Improvements

You can now rename custom roles that you created from the Manage access section in your organization's Administration.

November 6, 2025

Exporting audit logs older than 90 days

You can use a dedicated script to export audit logs that are no longer available through the Audit Logs interface. The script supports retrieving logs up to 2 years in the past. For information, refer to Exporting logs.

Bring your own AI subscription for Autopilot for Everyone

Autopilot for Everyone now accepts customer LLM subscriptions via the AI Trust Layer. Go to the LLM configurations tab to replace UiPath-managed subscriptions with your own. For detailed configuration steps, refer to Configuring LLMs.

Autopilot for Everyone tenant-level card

Introduced a tenant-level Autopilot for Everyone card in the Admin section, accessible to tenant admins without requiring organization admin permissions.

For details and known issues, refer to The Autopilot for Everyone tenant card.

Access scopes for the Microsoft Entra ID integration

You can now configure a Microsoft Entra ID integration using both delegated and app-only access scopes. This enhancement allows UiPath services to evaluate Microsoft Entra ID group memberships even when the user is not present, supporting scenarios such as unattended automation. The Delegated and app-only access option is now recommended for most configurations.

For more information, refer to Configuring the Microsoft Entra ID integration.
