The Importing option allows you to create a new app from a file.
Creating a New App From a File

Click on the Create new button on the App Studio homepage.

Give the new app a name.

Click on the Import from file link.

Browse to the *.uiapp file you wish to import and click Open.

Click the Create button.
Import an existing app from a file by creating a new app and choosing the file you want to import.
The new app will be created and you'll see the main page for the app.
