Managing action definitions
linkAfter you create action definitions, you can perform various operations on them, such as incrementing their version, when you edit them, export, or delete them.
Editing action definitions
linkTo edit an action definition means to import an updated JSON file, which increments the version of the action definition. To edit an action definition:
- Navigate to Admin Settings, and then to the Tenant tab.
- Select the More Options menu next to an action definition.
- Select Edit.
- Select Import from file to import the updated JSON file.
- Select Save to record your changes.
After you save the changes, select the More Options menu next to the same action definition, and then select View details. You can see the new version you created when editing the action definition.
Exporting action definitions
linkTo export an action definition:
- Navigate to Admin Settings, and then to the Tenant tab.
- Select the More Options menu next to an action definition.
- Select Export.
The JSON file of that action definition is downloaded.
Deleting action definitions
linkTo delete an action definition means to permanently remove it. This action cannot be undone.
- Navigate to Admin Settings, and then to the Tenant tab.
- Select the More Options menu next to an action definition.
- Select Remove.
