Process Insights is now generally available.

The Process Insights dashboard provides an overview of anomalies and deviations, and shows how they impact your KPIs. Unusual patterns in process flows, such as unexpected handovers between team members, excessive delays in activities, or abnormal workload distribution, are automatically identified. This lets you quickly pinpoint inefficiencies, compliance risks, and potential operational issues.

When you export a chart to CSV, each duration column is now exported twice: once formatted as it appears in the dashboard, and once as the raw number of milliseconds. The milliseconds column is placed directly to the right of the formatted column and has the same name with an (ms) suffix, for example Avg. throughput time (ms).

Previously, only the formatted value was exported, for example 3.5 hours. Because that value is text, it could not be used for calculations. You can now use the milliseconds column to calculate with exported durations in spreadsheet programs like Microsoft Excel.
