linkRaising an Incident Case
linkTo raise an incident case:
- Go to the Support tab and then go to the Incident Cases section.
- Click the Create New Case button.

When you finish the case creation process, your case is automatically sent to a
UiPath agent.
Raising a Premium Care Ticket

- Go to the Support tab and then go to the Premium Care section.
- Select Add New Request.
