Assistant Web user guide

Last updated May 13, 2026

User interface

The user interface of Assistant Web in Automation Cloud™ resembles the desktop UiPath Assistant but is adapted for the browser. It consists of two main panels:

  • The left-hand panel contains the Automations panel, listing all automations you can access. If Autopilot is enabled, the Autopilot panel is also available here.
  • The right-hand panel, referred to as the Launchpad, displays your favorite automations, widgets, and shortcuts to UiPath® products.

When you select an automation, the Automation details tab opens as a side panel with four tabs: Details (description and metadata), Configure (inputs and connections), Jobs (recent execution progress), and History (full run log with statuses and output values).

The Tasks panel provides access to your Action Center tasks directly within Assistant Web.

For detailed descriptions of each area, see the individual sub-pages.
