Requirements events are tracked and exposed for Test Manager, in Automation Cloud > Audit logs, at tenant level. For more information on the full list of audited events, refer to Automation Cloud - About logs.

Removal announcement of Testing module functionality in Orchestrator
Erratum - February 7, 2026: The upcoming deprecation of the Testing Module in Orchestrator was correctly announced as January 1, 2026, in the . Due to a publishing error, the deprecation date was erroneously reported to be April 30, 2026, in the current release notes (December 19, 2025).
Test Set creation and execution in Orchestrator will be deprecated, with Test Manager becoming the sole platform for creating and executing test sets. This change will take effect on January 1, 2026.
