Orchestrator user guide
Last updated May 11, 2026
The Processes tab provides a centralized, cross-folder view of all automations and agents available in your Orchestrator environment. From here, you can quickly discover, filter, and manage processes across different locations.
Viewing processes
The page displays a list of processes in a table with the following columns:
- Name: the name of the process.
- Type: the type of process (for example, RPA, Agent, App).
- Source: the origin of the process.
- Version: the version of the process.
- Description: a short description of the process.
Use the Search field at the top of the page to quickly find a specific process by name.
You can also use the Type filter to narrow down results based on the process type. The available options include:
- RPA
- Agentic process
- Agent
- App
- Testing
- API
- MCP Server
- Business Rules
- Case Management
- Flow
- Function
Managing processes
For each process, the following actions are available:
- View process: opens the process details view.
- Edit process: opens the Edit Process page, where you can modify the selected process configuration.
