Flex licensing model for Integration Service in Automation Cloud, including what is included at no additional cost and how API calls are used.
The information on this page applies to you if you are on Flex. If you are on Unified Pricing, refer to Unified Pricing licensing.
Under the Flex plan, Integration Service is included at no additional cost. Integration Service activity execution does not consume API calls and is not metered.
Integration Service licenses and entitlements
The following table provides a list of licenses that give you access to Integration Service.
Table 1. Licensing plans
| Feature | Community | Free | Pro | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Access to connectors | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
Activities executed through Integration Service — in API workflows, Agents, Maestro Orchestrate, and Maestro Automate — are included in the runtime charge of those products and do not consume API calls.
Table 2. Integration Service metering by process source
| Process source | Integration Service metering |
|---|---|
| API workflows | Not metered — included under the execution charge |
| Agents | Not metered — included under the execution charge |
| Maestro Orchestrate | Not metered — included under the execution charge |
| Maestro Automate | Not metered — included under the execution charge |
| RPA workflows (attended, unattended, or serverless robots) | Not metered — included under Robot runtime licensing |
License types
Integration Service is included with your Flex licenses as a platform entitlement at no additional cost. Integration Service API calls can be used to execute API workflows.
Table 3. API calls allotment per platform tier
| Platform Tier | Tier | API calls granted |
|---|---|---|
| User tier | UiPath - Flex - Action Center - Named User | 3,000 API calls per month |
| User tier | UiPath - Flex - Attended - Named User | 3,000 API calls per month |
| User tier | UiPath - Flex - Automation Developer - Named User | 5,000 API calls per month |
| User tier | UiPath - Flex - Citizen Developer - Named User | 3,000 API calls per month |
| Robot tier | UiPath - Cloud - Robot Units Bundle - 72K | 5,000 API calls per month |
| Robot tier | UiPath - Flex - Unattended Robot | 5,000 API calls per month |
| Robot tier | UiPath - Flex - Unattended Robot - Test | 3,000 API calls per month |
| Platform tier | UiPath - Flex - Platform - Standard | None |
| Platform tier | UiPath - Flex - Platform - Enterprise | None |
| Platform Individual SKUs | UiPath - Flex - Integration Service API Calls Bundle - 3M | 3 million per year |
| Platform Individual SKUs | UiPath - Flex - Integration Service API Calls Bundle - 6M | 6 million per year |
API calls are made available to your organization in two main ways:
- Bundled with license: the API calls included with the user-based and robot-based licenses your organization has subscribed to. These API calls are allocated monthly and reset on the first day of each month.
- Dedicated API call bundles: the API calls from a licensed Platform Individual SKU, either the 3M or the 6M bundle.
If both pools are available, consumption first draws from the monthly bundled license pool, then continues from the dedicated bundle.
For details regarding all SKUs relevant to Integration Service, refer to the UiPath licensing platform.
Checking license allocation
To view organization-wide license distribution, log in to Automation CloudTM and go to Admin > Your Organization > Licenses.
The Licenses dashboard shows the number of all purchased licenses in your organization. You can switch to the Consumables tab to view your API call usage.
