Configure multiple user consent prompts with prioritization
You can now configure multiple consent prompts, allowing up to 10 prompts per organization. Each prompt has a priority level, which determines the order in which prompts are shown to users during sign-in. Users must accept all active prompts to access the portal. If a user accepts some prompts but declines one, they are denied access. During the user's next sign-in attempt, they will only see the previously declined prompt. For more details on consent prompts, visit Configuring consent prompts.

Agentic Automation available for self-serve trial

If you are on the Flex Enterprise licensing plan and do not already own agent units, you can start a free 60-day trial to evaluate how Agentic Automation can support your automation efforts.
You will receive 8,000 agent units for the full duration of the trial. You can use these units across low-code agents, coded agents, and Maestro.
To start the trial, go to the Trial services tab on the organization-level Licenses page. For more details, refer to Requesting a service trial.

Default robot accounts in new organizations
As part of the organization creation flow, a new robot account, Default Robot, is now automatically added to all newly created organizations.
The account is included in the Automation Users group, and is provisioned in all tenants of the new organization. Within each tenant, it is assigned to the auto-created Shared Folder with the Automation User role.
This setup provides out-of-the-box Unattended automation support for new organizations and their tenants.

API support for managing OAuth external applications
You can now use APIs to automate client secret rotation for external applications. This helps meet security requirements by reducing the risks associated with secrets used on a long term, or with manually rotated secrets.
The new APIs allow you to:
- List and manage OAuth external client applications.
- Create, update, and delete secrets for OAuth external applications.
- Generate secrets using fine-grained scopes.
For more details, visit External client APIs.
Context Grounding updates
Drag and drop file upload for indexes
Configuring data sources for indexes is faster and easier with a new drag-and-drop file upload experience. You can upload files directly into your index configuration window using drag-and-drop or a file picker. This enhancement is available when you select Storage bucket as your data source.
Behind the scenes, the upload action uses Orchestrator APIs to populate a new storage bucket with the uploaded files. This means you no longer need to go into Orchestrator separately to manage file uploads for new indexes.
DeepRAG improvements
DeepRAG now supports longer and more structured outputs.
For an enhanced validation phase, citations are both more frequent and more accurate, improving traceability. Additionally, DeepRAG follows your template instructions more closely and performs better when synthesizing data that spans multiple pages or sources.
Data residency
Context Grounding is available in two additional cloud regions: Australia and Canada.
