Update on the deprecation plan for legacy Apps
As previously announced, support for Legacy Apps, the previous generation of Apps, which used the Legacy (non-VB) expression language in Automation Cloud, will be gradually removed over the next months. We highly recommend that you use the VB migration tool to facilitate the migration of Legacy Apps.
In line with the phased deprecation plan, we disabled the editing, cloning and import of new Legacy Apps in Apps Studio. In addition, Legacy Apps now display the Legacy label.
Final end-of-support for Legacy Apps and their runtime will take place in June 2025. We recommend that you regularly check the deprecation timeline for any updates regarding features that will be deprecated and removed.
