To configure the Client App Proxy please follow the below steps:
Retrieve the IP Address and Port Number. Depending on your OS system you can do this by:
Windows older than 10Access IE Settings > Connections > LAN Settings and retrieve the IP Address and Port Number.
Windows 10Click Start, then click the Settings icon (gear-shaped). In Settings, click Network & Interne, then, in the left-hand
pane, click Proxy and retrieve the IP Address and Port Number.
Open the Client App.
Click click the Settings icon (gear-shaped), then select Proxy....
The Proxy Settings pop-up is displayed. Shift the Enable Proxy switch.
The Proxy Settings information can now be edited. Enter the IP Address and Port Number that you retrieved at point 1.
