Licensing Test Manager - Standalone

To work with Test Manager, you need the following licenses:
  • Testing runtime license: Enables you to access Test Manager in the target tenant.
  • Tester - Named User: Allows you to use Test Manager. Every user requires a separate license. For example, if your team has 10 users, each of them requires their own license, meaning you need a total of 10 licenses.

Testing runtime license

To access Test Manager, you need to ensure that after installing Test Manager you allocate at least one Testing runtime license at the tenant level. Visit the Post-installation steps for Test Manager to learn more information.

Tester - Named User license

After you allocate Testing runtime licenses to a tenant, you also need to allocate the Tester - Named User license to all users who should use Test Manager. For information on allocating user licenses, visit Allocating licenses to tenants.

Planview Hub

Test Manager Connect licenses, that Planview provides, come bundled with your Test Manager service.
