Process Mining
Improvements
Dashboard editor
You can open the Field details panel and the Metric details panel directly from the chart properties.Import BPMN model
When importing a BPMN model it is automatically recognized where mutually exclusive paths come back together, so explicitly adding a closing XOR gateway is optional, not required.Introducing data residency in Switzerland for Process Mining
As part of our ongoing cloud expansion, we are bringing complete data sovereignty to the Switzerland region for Automation Hub. This ensures your data is securely stored and replicated across multiple availability zones within Switzerland, offering full control and compliance confidence. For more information, refer to the Data residency page. What is new
Root cause analysis (Preview)
Addendum: Added February 11, 2026 - Root cause analysis is available in Preview.
With Root cause analysis, you can compare the influence of selected fields on a certain behavior to find significant data influencers for specific process situations. The Root Cause Analysis dashboard automatically analyzes multiple fields at the same time and displays their impact in a bar chart.
You can easily drill down to use layers, which enables you to fix certain fields and then analyze how the combination of certain fields with all other fields influences the outcome of the Root cause analysis.
Check out Root cause analysis (Preview) for more information.
Improvements
Logic configuration editor
COUNT ROWS operator for aggregate expressions counts the number of rows in the selected table.
Check out Aggregates for more information.
Managing input data
You can now select the escape character used to correctly interpret characters that would otherwise be treated as special control characters (such as quotes or delimiters).
