UiPath product lifecycle policy, including support periods for minor and major releases and how to track software version status.
UiPath®'s product lifecycle offers transparent guidelines for support throughout the lifespan of a product, allowing you to make strategic planning decisions regarding software updates and support.
Minor releases adhere to the same lifecycle as the major product release they are associated with. For example, Orchestrator 2023.4.3 has the same Mainstream and Extended Support phase as its parent version, Orchestrator 2023.4.
For detailed information on support terms used on this page, refer to Product lifecycle support terms.
The following table provides details on the product lifecycle all UiPath products by automation pillar. To navigate to product-specific documentation, use the hyperlinks on the product name inside the table.
- In addition to the standard support tiers outlined in the following tables, customers with Gold or Platinum support who are using version 2024.10 are eligible for one additional year of limited support through Extended Support Plus.

To receive UiPath® support for a particular Automation Suite on EKS/AKS or Automation Suite on OpenShift Cumulative Update (CU), you must use both an Automation Suite version and a Kubernetes/OpenShift version that are currently supported.
Updating your Kubernetes/OpenShift cluster to a supported version may require updating Automation Suite to a newer CU. When the last Kubernetes/OpenShift version compatible with an Automation Suite CU goes out of support, that CU also goes out of support.
For details on the Kubernetes/OpenShift versions compatible with each Automation Suite CU and the Automation Suite CUs that we no longer support, see the Compatibility matrix for your Automation Suite version by using one of the following links: For Automation Suite on EKS/AKS:
