Process Mining
What is new
New Process App: new dashboards
The new Overview – Overview dashboard can be used to get a global overview of the data. It provides information on how many cases happen over time, how many variations there are, and how often they occur.
The new Details - Details dashboard displays a list of all cases, within a selected period, and their attributes. It provides detailed information on the case level. Each row represents a case.
Filters sidebar panel
The Filter panel has a completely new design. The Filter panel can be displayed using the Filter button in the Filter bar.
What is new
Data residency now available in Japan and Singapore
Process Mining is now also available in the Japan region and in the Singapore region. If you create a tenant in the Japan region, the data for the Process Mining service is hosted in Japan. If you create a tenant the Singapore region, the data for the Process Mining service is hosted in Singapore.

What is new
Order-to-Cash discovery accelerator
The Order-to-Cash discovery accelerator gives process owners, business users and RPA teams the capacity to discover automation potential and to fast-track process improvement initiatives by monitoring KPIs in the Order-to-Cash process.
Loading data
For the Order-to-Cash discovery accelerator, and the Purchase-to-Pay discovery accelerator, you can use DataBridgeAgent to upload data. See Uploading data.

DataBridgeAgent
It is now also possible to use DataBridgeAgent to upload large output datasets (> 2GB).
