文档分类验证概述

什么是文档分类验证

自动分类后，一个可选（但强烈建议）的步骤是分类验证步骤。

这是一个人工审核步骤，其中知识工作者可以审核分类结果，并在必要时进行更正。

Using Classification Validation ensures that, downstream, all next steps within the Document Understanding^TM Framework and run on the correct classification information.

何时应使用分类验证

在以下情况下，强烈建议您使用文档分类验证组件：

您正在处理单个文件中的多种文档类型。这是一个非常重要的情况，因为如果自动分类错误，或者某一类中报告的页面太少/太多，如果也需要在下游提取数据，则数据提取组件将应用于错误的内容。
您需要 100％准确的分类，并且没有其他方法可以验证分类结果是否正确。

如何使用文档分类验证组件

Validating the classification results can be done by a human input through the use of Classification Station.

在下列情况下，可以使用“分类站点”：

as an attended activity, through the use of the Present Classification Station activity, or
as Action Center tasks, through the use of the Create Document Classification Action and Wait for Document Classification Action and Resume activities.
